Meet Tammi

I met Tammi just over a year ago in the middle of my research/planning stage to move to Colorado. She was warm and friendly along with being knowledgeable and understanding of my long timeline. Tammi was a wealth of knowledge and information for a homebuyer with very limited experience not only in buying a home but also in selling a home. She helped me find a Realtor® in my state who was also knowledgeable and helpful. Tammi had continual contact with my other Realtor® and together helped me close on both transactions. Since I lived in another state she was always willing to meet with my Colorado family members who were helping me look at homes since I could not physically be here for many showings (we did several via FaceTime). When I was able to be in Colorado I had properties to personally see and was able to make my purchasing decision with confidence. I would highly recommend Tammi and her team. We worked with Tammi and a builder for several months but due to an unexpected building moratorium related to recent neighborhood-wide landslide concerns, we suddenly need to switch gears and buy a house before our lease ran out. On one day's notice, she showed us probably 30 houses in our desired parameters over two days and skillfully assisted with negotiating all the contract details in our favor. Tammi represented us in the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. She worked with us to price our old home accordingly.
