We worked with Tammi and a builder for several months but due to an unexpected building moratorium related to recent neighborhood-wide landslide concerns, we suddenly need to switch gears and buy a house before our lease ran out. On one day's notice, she showed us probably 30 houses in our desired parameters over two days and skillfully assisted with negotiating all the contract details in our favor. Tammi represented us in the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. She worked with us to price our old home accordingly.
