Tammi is phenomenal, both as an agent and on a personal level. From the jump, Tammi made herself available, including late evenings and weekends. Tammi was great to work with. Our process was relatively quick as we had been looking and knew what we wanted generally. We worked with Tammi and a builder for several months but due to an unexpected building moratorium related to recent neighborhood-wide landslide concerns, we suddenly need to switch gears and buy a house before our lease ran out. On one day's notice, she showed us probably 30 houses in our desired parameters over two days and skillfully assisted with negotiating all the contract details in our favor.
